Retail Marketing Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage the execution of all retail marketing activities and campaigns across Samena's retail stores, ensuring proper implementation of brand guidelines, promotional activities, and customer experience standards. The role also focuses on monitoring store compliance with marketing plans and supporting sales growth through creative retail marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns across all retail stores.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and design teams to execute in-store marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure proper application of brand identity and visual merchandising standards across all branches.
  • Monitor the execution of promotions, offers, and marketing materials inside the stores.
  • Conduct regular store audits (physically or remotely) to ensure compliance with marketing standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on store marketing performance, feedback, and areas for improvement.
  • Identify the marketing material needs of each store and coordinate timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create store-specific marketing assets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors' retail marketing activities and suggest creative ideas.
  • Support in organizing in-store events, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.
  • Follow up on customer feedback related to marketing and promotional activities.
  • Track key retail marketing KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in retail marketing or field marketing, preferably in fashion or retail industries.Strong knowledge of retail operations and marketing execution.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong reporting and analytical skills.Good command of Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.Ability to handle multiple stores and marketing projects simultaneously.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Flexible to travel for store visits when needed.Personal Skills:Leadership and team management skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Strong problem-solving skills.Creative thinking and innovation in retail marketing ideas.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Customer-centric approach.
