Digital Marketing Manager

  • Act as a main focal point between the company and outsourced companies
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master’s or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta) are a plus.5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services, fintech, or high-growth sectors.Hands-on experience in managing SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.Technical Skills:Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc.)Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools like Data Studio or Looker Studio.Strategic & Analytical Capabilities:Ability to develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies.Skilled in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation funnels.Strong understanding of A/B testing, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams or agencies.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a strong sense of brand.Other:Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and martech tools.Fluent in English; Arabic
