We are hiring an Account Manager for a PR and Marketing Agency located in Downtown
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior contact for the client
- Proactively handle client problems quickly and adeptly
- Manages day-to-day client activities, including research, planning,
- Implementation and evaluation of public relations activities, and paying
- Careful attention to budgets, resources, deadlines and client records.
- Develop and manage annual PR/communications strategy to support the objectives and goals of the client.
- Prepares effective, comprehensive public relations programs and plans that are well organized and well written while keeping client programs on schedule and ensure all deadliness are met

- Structure long term plans and program recommendations for clients
- Earn confidence of mid-to-senior level client contacts and executives with a client organization
- Demonstrates effective knowledge of community leadership and the workings of local government.
- Know the industry’s issues that directly affect the client business and map any business opportunities or events that fosters its position in the market.
- Draft/ edit client's communication material in English
- Accountable for quality control and final review of all client materials as needed
- Advise on media strategy for specific accounts
- Plan, run and follow up on media programs.
- In-depth understanding of media and how to exploit media, regional, TV and radio
- Maintain/ build new contacts as per the target sector
- Supervise the media team to keep track of media contacts as needed per account
- Prepare and handle media events (interviews, conferences, roundtables, etc)
- Work with account executives on providing the counsel needed for the client.
- Serve as a role model to team members
- Actively participate in agency development processes
- Continually communicate with the management.
- Attend agency staff meetings and group meetings
- Delegate work to interns, media coordinators, and administration (as needed)
- Informally adds feedback to the performance review of colleagues as needed
- Set budget estimates for a client for long-term and short-term programs
- Develop and deliver client presentations and proposals (as needed)
Bachelor’s Degree. Mass Communication, Journalism, Arts, Alsun English is a MUST4-6 years of experience is a MUSTPrevious experience in Marketing and PR agencies is a MUSTPrevious experience as a PR specialist is a MUSTExcellent command of the English language is a MUSTExceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts, and vendorsProficient in Microsoft Suite, Internet, online services, and social media platforms.Continually communicate with the management.
