Assistant Brand Manager

- Conduct market research and analyze our brand's positioning.

- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing ideas to achieve sales targets.

- Assist in the development and optimization of marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and communication teams.

- Analyze industry trends and competition to inform strategic branding decisions.

- Prepare insightful reports on brand performance and sales metrics.

- Continuously conduct consumer research to understand market dynamics.

- Create compelling presentations to showcase brand performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG industry.

- Proactive personality who's willing to learn and grow within the role.

- Fluent in English

- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
