Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
● Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.
● Research and identify new business opportunities through online platforms, directories, and networking.
● Maintain an updated database of potential and current leads in CRM software.
2. Client Outreach
● Engage in cold calling, follow-ups, and warm introductions to nurture leads.
● Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales representatives.
● Respond to inquiries and provide information about products or services to prospective clients.
3. Relationship Building
● Establish strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
● Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies and optimize the client acquisition process.
4. Performance Tracking
● Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.
● Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
5. Market Research
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
