Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the growth of the company's customer base. The role involves a significant focus on making outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term partnerships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Generation

 

● Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and generate leads.

● Research and identify new business opportunities through online platforms, directories, and networking.

● Maintain an updated database of potential and current leads in CRM software.

 

2. Client Outreach

 

● Engage in cold calling, follow-ups, and warm introductions to nurture leads.

● Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and senior sales representatives.

● Respond to inquiries and provide information about products or services to prospective clients.

 

3. Relationship Building

 

● Establish strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

● Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies and optimize the client acquisition process.

 

4. Performance Tracking

 

● Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets.

● Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

 

5. Market Research

 

● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

● Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client preferences and market demands.
