- Network Administration: Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- System Management: Oversee and maintain servers, operating systems, and databases to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Support: Provide first-line support for employees, helping them resolve technical issues, both remotely and in person.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and perform system maintenance tasks.
- Security: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, ensuring the protection of sensitive information from cyber threats.
- Software Development & Updates: Develop, test, and deploy software solutions, along with regular updates and patches to existing systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for IT systems, procedures, and issue resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their ICT needs and provide tailored solutions.
