Awtad is looking to hire a Case Coordinator with experience and a strong sense of responsibility to join our humanitarian field team. The case coordinator will be responsible for assessing and documenting beneficiary cases, entering and updating data in our case management system and coordinating with other departments to ensure aid reaches those who need it most — with transparency and dignity.
- Conduct field visits to assess and verify the social and financial status of beneficiaries.
- Prepare detailed social reports supported by evidence and clear recommendations.
- Enter and update case data in the organization’s digital case management system.
- Monitor and follow up with active cases to ensure proper support is provided.
- Coordinate with the team to prioritize urgent and eligible cases.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
