Oversee and monitor sales and visit entries in the sales system for each month and quarter – as required - while maintaining the historical data for sales achievements.
- Exporting sales reports and revising it to be sent to direct manager or as required.
- Prepare the Weekly visits report including the sales system In and Out – as required displaying visits for each medical representative, preparing a conclusion for medical representative performance to be sent to managers.
- Create visits frequency sheet from 3 lines. , Make conclusion.. Send these comments to District Managers and Clarify Why and find the reasons., Create this sheet for every month and the end of Quarter create sheet for Quarter.
- Create Monthly Report for Products calls, Make conclusion and follow up products priority.
- Follow up with Reps for the New system enquiry.
- Coding new reps on CRM and link them with their areas .
- Determining medical reps problems in sending daily visits reports
- Complete the payment requests for different events (seminars – presentations – conferences – free budget) including preparing the request, taking approvals and sending to the scientific office director.
- Keep filing of documents for all transactions, including soft and hard copies.
- Writing memos and letters as requested.
- Maintain files Index for easier search (quotations-payment requests, etc).
- Maintain and prepare vacation records for the sales department.
- Prepare quotations documents including sales manager and financial department approval to be sent to the requester.
- Organize Petrol and Maintenance documentation while keeping proper record.
- Support ease of access to sales force data for each month, quarter and year
