Ultimate Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Software Tester to join its QA team. The successful candidate will lead quality assurance efforts and ensure that all software solutions meet the highest standards before deployment.
You will be involved in both manual and automated testing, helping the team deliver robust, reliable, and bug-free software.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
* Lead and mentor junior testers.
* Analyze and document defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
* Create and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
* Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the full software lifecycle.
* Suggest process improvements and contribute to QA best practices.
5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and test methodologies.- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, etc.- Familiarity with API testing, database validation (SQL/PostgreSQL), and UI testing.- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
