- Presenting external financial reports to audit entities
- Preparing and issuing budgets for grants and projects for donor entities.
- Preparing annual estimated budgets.
- Reviewing the cash on hand in the treasury against what is recorded in the books on a daily basis.
- Preparing payrolls and check authorizations.
- Reviewing the recording of accounting transactions in accordance with the accounting system followed by the organization.
- Monitoring revenue and expenditure elements.
- Monitoring the institution’s fixed assets and entrusted items, and ensuring their proper use.
- Monitoring purchases and the purchasing officer, and ensuring their documentation cycle is completed in the shortest time.
- Monitoring warehouse inventories and custody records.
- Following up on the recording of cash donations and matching them with deposit slips.
- Following up on the receipt of cash and checks for deposit into the organization’s bank accounts in accordance with the accounting system.
- Monitoring projects through expenditure tracking.
- Preparing accounting reports, estimated budgets, and studies to be submitted to donors and other external parties.
- Supervising the education budget and all financial matters related to the organization for all departments, discussing them with the Executive Director, and then presenting them to the Board of Trustees.
- Following up on the organization's payments, such as fulfilling government obligations including gas, electricity, water, taxes, and social and health insurance for the organization’s employees.
- Following up on donation records, fundraising, and any expenses, and reviewing them with the organization’s external auditor.
- Reviewing expenditures and presenting projected monthly, semi-annual, and annual expenses to the Executive Director and Treasurer for discussion, and then presenting them to the Board of Trustees.

- Following up on warehouse records, annual inventory, recording of damaged goods, and forming committees to sell unusable items.
