- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Delegating daily tasks and addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight and hotel
- Acting as the personal assistant of the CEO, setting appointments and maintaining his calendar.
- Generate reports, presentations, and CEO communications.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at his office.
- Maintain his office and make sure all supplies needed are available.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.At least 4-7 years of experience as an office manager.Perfect command of English Lang.Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsSheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, and Giza residents are preferred.
