Human Resources Generalist

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: CV screening, interviews coordination, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate induction programs for new hires and ensure proper documentation and orientation.

Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Support

  • Monitor daily attendance and leaves, coordinate with payroll for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update leave records and support monthly payroll inputs submission. 

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues at the factory.
  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and grievance procedures under HR guidance.

Performance Management & Training

  • Support the performance review process in coordination with the HR Manager.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training logistics.
  • Maintain training records and follow-up on post-training feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems (ERP knowledge is preferred).Very good in English.
