PCS Director

Key Accountabilities:

Planning & Scheduling: 

  • Oversees the projects controls for engineering and construction projects.
  • Manages projects' planning, scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring and quality review.
  • Evaluates projects labor cost, and manpower requirements against budget constraints.
  • Provides support to track project progress and performs analysis of bottlenecks, trends and critical path.
  • Advises and consults on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, etc.).
  • Identifies and communicates project risks and develops mitigation plans.
  • Prepares project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks and changes.
  • Ensures the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

   Monitoring

  • Monitors and controls program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
  • Developing revised schedule in case of change orders.

Cost Control: 

  • Manages complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, client, cost proposals and invoices.
  • Review of issued purchase orders to assigned budget.
  • Periodic actual cost reports, indicating the estimate to complete and estimate at completion costs.

Bachelor of civil engineering / architecture10-15 years of relevant experienceLeadership skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Construction background is a mustMBA HolderFluent in English
