Technical Leadership:
Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of software solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Team Collaboration:

Technical Strategy:
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide the squad in adopting innovative solutions.
Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategic planning for the squad's projects.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks that may arise during development.
Proactively address performance, scalability, and security concerns in the software solutions.
Documentation:
Ensure that technical documentation is maintained and updated regularly.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:5+ Proficiency in [PHP Laravel, MySQL, Object Oriented, Design Patterns, Solid principals].Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
