Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate staff or departments.
  • Handle inquiries, provide company information, and ensure visitors are attended to in a timely manner.

 Administrative Support:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.

 

 Office Maintenance:

  • Ensure that the front desk area and common office spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with the office manager for any maintenance or office space issues.

-Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.- Professional appearance and demeanor.- Strong attention to detail.- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.- Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.- Proficient in written and spoken English.
