Front Desk Operations:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Direct visitors to appropriate staff or departments.
- Handle inquiries, provide company information, and ensure visitors are attended to in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
Office Maintenance:
- Ensure that the front desk area and common office spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with the office manager for any maintenance or office space issues.
