Job Purpose:
The HR Manager at Samena Company will be responsible for leading and managing all HR functions, ensuring the alignment of HR strategy with the company's goals. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Lead HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise management on human resource planning, organizational design, and employee engagement.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment cycles — sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure Saudization targets and compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment and employee culture.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor law.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and labor requirements.
- Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other government HR platforms.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development plans.
- Promote leadership development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage payroll processes in coordination with Finance.
- Oversee employee welfare, rewards, and recognition programs.
7. HR Administration
- Maintain HR records, reports, and organizational charts.
- Manage employee contracts, leave, attendance, and personnel files.
- Handle HR-related audits and reporting.
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.HR Certification (CIPD / SHRM / PHR) preferred.Experience:Minimum 5-7 years of HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Skills:Leadership and strategic thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel.Excellent knowledge of Human Resources software (Odoo ERP System is preferred)Arabic & English fluency (spoken & written) required.Working Conditions:Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel.Excellent knowledge of Human Resources software (Odoo ERP System is preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.Proven experience in leading and managing teams.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Proficiency in HR information systems.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
