Job Overview:
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the organization through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. This role will focus on identifying and securing B2B deals, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding the company's presence in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Deal Generation: Lead the identification, negotiation, and closing of high-value B2B deals with potential business partners, clients, and vendors.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance the company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities and key trends in the industry, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business partners, clients, and other industry leaders.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and a solid foundation for long-term partnerships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Operations, etc.) to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous growth and achievement of targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to junior business development team members, ensuring team success and professional development.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on business development activities, market insights, and deal pipeline to senior management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Experience:Minimum 5 years in business development, with proven expertise in sales, marketing, and corporate contracts.Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.Skills:Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and market analysis tools.
