- Create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software.
- Communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Decide on a theme for a collection.
- Identify target markets and demographics for designs.
- Write a worksheet that includes specifications like color schemes, construction, material types, and accessory requirements.
- Visit manufacturers or trade shows to get fabric samples.
- Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or styles for each garment or accessory.
- Present design ideas to the creative director or showcase them in fashion or trade shows.
- Work with other designers or Production Planning Department to create a prototype designEdit and retouch models.
Bachelor's degree in any related field.Proven experience in Graphic Designer at least 2 Years of experience.Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
