CE4IT is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structural/Civil Quantity Surveyor for immediate employment at our office in Nasr City, Cairo. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and design documents to estimate concrete and steel works accurately.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for structural works, including foundations, walls, concrete slabs, and other structural components.
- Proficiency with quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in civil / structural Engineering.At least 5 years of relevant Engineering Experience.Strong knowledge of structural materials (steel, concrete) and construction techniques.Experience in measurement techniques specific to structural work.Analyze and interpret project specifications and drawings to determine accurate structural work quantities.Good written and oral English communication skills.Self-starter and perform work with little to no supervision.Must be able to work outside regular working hours.
