Social Media management & Content Strategy
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Core Focus Areas: Social Media Management, Content Calendar & Strategy, Brand Presence & Execution
GENERAL DUTIES
Manage end-to-end social media presence for all 11 projects supporting between you and Sara
Build and maintain monthly content calendars (in English & Arabic as needed)
Create and brief content ideas, themes, and brand messages
Work closely with designers, media buyers, and PR to bring campaigns to life
Monitor social media activity, stay updated on trends, and apply improvements
Deliver timely reports with improvement suggestions
DAILY TASKS
Review and schedule social media posts for all active platforms
engagement (comments, inboxes, feedback) and moderate
Communicate with designer to finalize and approve creatives
Track competitor activity and relevant trends
WEEKLY TASKS
Update and submit content calendar per project
Analyze top-performing posts and refine strategy
Hold check-in meetings with design, content creator, media buying
Submit creative briefs for campaigns and reels
Ensure brand guidelines are applied across all content
MONTHLY TASKS
Present a strategic report on content performance across all projects
Prepare next month's full content calendar (with themes, events, hooks)
Propose improvements for brand image and tone per platform
Execute or coordinate seasonal campaign content (visuals, scripts, CTA)
Review influencer activity and campaign ideas with PR & media
