- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10 of experience in human resources, with proven leadership in employee affairs and recruitment.Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to implement them effectively within the organization.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships inside and outside the company.Proficiency in modern HR systems and digital tools for employee management.
