• Design, select, and implement talent-related KPIs across all levels: company-wide, departmental, and individual.
• Monitor and track HR and operational performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collect, analyze, and report KPI data, ensuring its integration into performance evaluation frameworks.
• Work closely with HR and operations teams to continuously refine KPIs for optimal performance measurement.
• Ensure KPI results are directly linked to performance appraisals and employee development programs.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Develop and oversee recruitment strategies with a focus on hiring for operational excellence.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making in selecting high-performing candidates.
• Align workforce planning with KPI trends and performance analytics.
3. Succession Planning & Leadership Development
• Implement a succession planning framework based on KPI tracking of leadership potential.
• Identify high-potential employees and create structured career progression plans.
• Develop mentorship and coaching programs aligned with key talent KPIs.
4. Training & Employee Development
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on employee performance KPIs.
• Develop targeted Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) to fill competency gaps.
• Measure training ROI through pre- and post-training performance assessments.
5. Employee Engagement & Retention
• Use engagement KPIs to identify turnover risks and improve employee satisfaction.
• Develop retention strategies based on real-time workforce analytics.
• Align talent development programs with business growth objectives.
8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Performance Management, or related roles in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of KPI selection, tracking, and integration into performance evaluation.Experience in HR analytics, talent strategy, and operational excellence.Excellent leadership and data-driven decision-making skills.Proficiency in HRIS, data visualization tools, and workforce analytics platforms.
