- Receive, review, and classify all maintenance documents (both hard copy and digital).
- Maintain up-to-date service records for each vehicle in the fleet.
- Organize and archive work orders, breakdown reports, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Track preventive maintenance schedules and notify relevant personnel of upcoming services.
- Ensure availability and documentation of spare parts issuance from stores.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document control and data confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports and summaries when needed.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in administration, logistics, or a related field.Previous experience in document control, preferably in the maintenance or transportation sectors.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and document management systems.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.Good communication and coordination skills.
