- Receive freight inquiries from overseas agents, mainly related to DDP, DDU, DAP, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including:
- Customs Clearance
- Transportation
- Warehousing & Terminal Operations
- Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs)
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on internal service inputs
- Send finalized offers back to overseas agents in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain clear and effective communication with agents and internal teams throughout the process
- Follow up on quotations and assist in converting inquiries into confirmed shipments
- Actively send marketing emails and promotional messages to overseas agents, highlighting the company’s logistics capabilities and services
- Track inquiry status, quotation turnaround time, and conversion rates for internal
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, international trade, or a related field (preferred).Experience in customer service or sales support 5 years , ideally within the logistics or customs clearance industry.Strong understanding of customs regulations and shipping procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team
