Developing and implementing efficient supply chain strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective production and distribution.
Managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
Analyzing and improving supply chain performance by identifying areas for cost reduction, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
Collaborating with the production and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust supply chain plans accordingly.
Managing and optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient storage.
Coordinating with the finance team to manage the supply chain budget and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to imports, exports, and distribution processes.
Preparing and analyzing supply chain performance reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the garment or manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.Proven experience in vendor management and negotiations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex supply chain challenges.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (with advanced formula usage, data analysis, and reporting skills).Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
