Role and Responsibilities
Projects/Accounts and managing challenging client accounts as allocated by Head of Assessment Function,
- Managing challenging client relationships and ensuring their continuous satisfaction.
- Meeting with new clients to introduce tools and discuss proposals on a technical level.
- Managing, Designing and Conducting Assessment Center
- Assist the Operations Function Head in screening/choosing and allocating assessors to assignments, communicate with them, brief them on assignment tools as well as further back-office support for implementation of assignments,
- Provide support to other coordinator in client relations, troubleshooting and coordination of major Assessment projects.
- Finalizing the process of closing/billing of projects.
- Handle client concerns, queries and schedules of assignments and resources availability on projects falling within the scope of responsibility as well as acting as the customer interface between the Firm and the client,
- Providing guidance to assessors in writing reports and editing final reports to ensure all final reporting matches the company standards.
- Responsible for liaising with Thomas International Kuwait as well as AB Purchase orders from their side.
- Responsible for managing the stock of Thomas International Units and coordinating with the Finance Department regarding stock and availability of units.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.At least 4+ years in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Leadership and team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
