Receive, inspect, and store materials and supplies.
Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
Prepare stock reports and conduct regular inventory counts.
Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory.
Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requests.
Handle stock transfers and issue materials based on approved requests.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Previous experience in a storekeeper or inventory control role is preferred.Good knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and handle physical tasks when required.
