Job Summary:
The HR Agent plays a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth communication between employees and management and contributes to a positive workplace culture while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues, such as benefits, leaves, and company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Help prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, memos, and reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
- Support payroll processing by gathering employee information and timesheets.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
