Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Setup: Oversee the setup and configuration of Zoho One CRM to meet the business needs.
Email & Form Management: Ensure the effective setup of emails and forms within Zoho, ensuring they are integrated properly for seamless communication.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the system to ensure it runs smoothly, providing support to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Follow-up: Implement processes for tracking and following up with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressed in a timely manner.
System Optimisation: Continuously improve and optimise the system for better functionality and efficiency.
Training & Support: Provide training to team members and ongoing support for the Zoho system.
Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in Zoho One CRM setup and management.Strong understanding of CRM workflows and automation.Experience with email marketing and form management within Zoho.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills to interact with both internal teams and customers.Preference for candidates based in Tanta or those willing to relocate.
