Media Republic is on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager! We’re looking for a strong all-rounder that is great at juggling several things at once, is super organized, and knows their way round the various departments of any agency. Said person should be a strategic thinker with an energetic personality and a readiness to take on the challenges of managing our largest accounts for high profile clients and top industry leaders.
Your role will include:
- Managing the day-to-day client relationship and ensuring all client expectations are met within the agency on a short-term and long-term basis.
- Attending briefings, and managing the delivery of a pitch or proposal as the brief moves through the different departments of the agency.
- Providing strategic advice to clients on brand campaigns, best practices, and best course of action to meet specific objectives.
- Presenting proposals to clients alongside account directors, and the creative team.
- Overseeing various daily activities on client accounts and ensure all client work is being delivered to the highest standard, and within budget.
- Liaising with third-party service providers like production houses, event companies, and other agencies on behalf of clients.
- Organizing and attending client meetings and conference calls, and regularly reporting to clients on progress of campaigns and work within the agency.
- Various other administrative duties.
To be considered for the job we require that you have:- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an advertising agency in the same role(preferably digital).- A proven track record of managing successful accounts in previous roles.- A degree in business administration, marketing, or mass communication.- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
