Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Technical Expertise:
- Understand and articulate the technical aspects of our training services.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure client requirements are met.
Client Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any client concerns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance and market feedback.
Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.- 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy sector.- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
