Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, creating, and optimizing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and content strategies to develop impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and reels) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram.).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned posts.
- Collaborate with other departments to collate real insights and leads.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.) using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media insights tools.
- Prepare monthly reports with key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, new features, and best practices for each platform.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns
Requirements & Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Experience with content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar software).Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).Excellent communication skills and creativity in developing content strategies.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.Basic knowledge of SEO and how social media contributes to overall digital marketing efforts.
