- Create and maintain a strong systematic document filing system for all projects (old, current, and upcoming).
- Act as the central point of contact for all documentation queries across all departments (e.g., project managers, engineers, clients).
- Review the integrity and accuracy of project-related documents (contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, etc.)
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards, industry regulations, and project-specific requirements.
- Ensure that proper records are kept for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, vendors, etc.)
- Take all the precautions when sharing confidential documents and ensure that they are only accessible to the authorized personnel .
BSc degree in relevant studies .3+ years of proven work experience as Archivist and Document Controller in Construction Field .Strong Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.Excellent at MS Office .Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
