We are looking for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also getting hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and social media.
• Handling order processing, data entry, and product management on our platform.
• Following up with couriers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Collecting customer feedback and working with the team to improve our service.
• Assisting in adding and updating products, ensuring accurate information and pricing.
• Learning and applying e-commerce best practices, including inventory management and customer engagement strategies.
• Creating a positive shopping experience and helping customers find the perfect coffee products.
Qualifications • Strong customer support and problem-solving skills.• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver a great experience.• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations (or willingness to learn).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, customer service, or sales).• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced online retail environment.• A passion for coffee—you should love learning about it and helping customers find their perfect brew!
