Strategic Leadership & Brand Management

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all properties.
  2. Oversee and ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials, aligning with the group’s premium positioning in the hospitality industry.
  3. Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing initiatives.

 

Digital & Performance Marketing

  1. Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and CRM strategies to maximize online visibility and direct bookings.
  2. Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms to drive data-informed decision-making and maximize ROI.

 

Marketing Operations & Partnerships

  1. Manage the marketing budget efficiently, optimizing expenditures for maximum impact while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  2. Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, OTAs, travel agencies, and key industry stakeholders to expand brand reach.

 

Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Innovation

  1. Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Purchasing, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, bookings, and guest satisfaction.
  2. Oversee the approval, development, and timely delivery of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with quality standards and property-specific branding requirements.

 

Leadership & Team Development

  1. Provide strong leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive high performance and professional growth.

 


Proven experience as Marketing DirectorExcellent leadership and organizing skillsAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsUp to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practicesThorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google AdwordsCustomer-oriented approach with aptitudeProfessional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plusBSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field
