The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the center. This role involves developing strategic policies, managing human resources and finances, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Policy Development:
Develop and implement administrative strategies and policies that align with the center’s overall vision and goals.
Collaborate with senior management to set short-term and long-term objectives.
Human Resources Management:
Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development programs.
Establish HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee productivity.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient resource allocation.
Facility & Operations Management:
Ensure smooth operation of the center’s facilities, including maintenance, office supplies, and vendor contracts.
Implement effective systems for scheduling, documentation, and workflow management.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure the center complies with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency of administrative operations.
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the liaison between various departments to facilitate seamless operations.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding administrative performance and areas for improvement.
