1. Project Management

  • Lead engineering components of projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all timelines, budgets, and project requirements are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and methodologies, engaging key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and transparency.

2. Contractor and Consultant Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate contractor and consultant activities, ensuring compliance with the defined scope of work and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings and on-site inspections to track construction progress, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.

3. Technical Oversight

  • Review and approve all engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support to project teams and stakeholders, addressing challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.

4. Client Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the owner, representing their interests effectively with technical contractors and consultants.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to the owner, detailing progress, encountered challenges, and any potential risks.

5. Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines throughout the project’s duration.
  • Review and approve contractor invoices, verifying that all costs are justified and within the project’s budget scope.

Project Manager

● Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector

● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

● PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus


Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering with onsite experience.15 to 20 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail industry.Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.PMP Certifications is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with contractors, clients, and consultantsAbility to adapt to changing project demands and pressures in a fast-paced environment.
