• Built conceptualization for the Environment, Health, and Safety Management System.

• Maintain the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Management System.

• Ensure that all EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.

• Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations regarding the Environment, Occupational health, and safety at work, including statutory training and reporting.

• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations according to Risk Management for Continuous Improvement.

• Accident Investigation and reporting of the incidents that occur.

• Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to maintain workplace safety and occupational Health.

• Ensure that the safety inspections for emergencies are carried out regularly and ensure that the employees are aware of their responsibilities during emergency situations through periodic training on how to act in emergency situations.

• Establish a full program of documented health & safety inspections, auditing, and checks.

• Establish, implement, and maintain a structured program of Safety training and Environmental awareness.

•Manage and devise the agenda for the Health & Safety Committee meetings. Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines to maintain industrial safety.

• Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant health, safety & welfare at work legislation.
• Manage the HSE team. Set the team's KPIs and follow the implementation to meet HSE Objectives.
