Job Title: Cold Calling Agent (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Follow provided scripts and adapt communication based on client responses
Record and update call information in CRM systems
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Provide excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
Requirements:
B2 level English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is a plus
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
