Talent Acquisition and Operations Head - IT

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for recruiting IT/ Software positions.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and manage day-to-day operations for recruitment activities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and project timelines.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with talent sources to ensure a constant pipeline of skilled candidates.
  • Oversee the development of job descriptions and ensure they align with company needs and industry standards.
  • Use data and recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for key leadership roles in construction management.
  • Track and report on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce recruitment best practices to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional HR certifications is plus.Experience:Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Extensive experience in hiring, especially for IT/ Software development and Non- IT roles.Strong understanding of the IT industry and its staffing needs.Experience with recruitment technology and tools (Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, etc.).
