Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.2-4 years in accounts management Must in Fintech industryProven experience in key account managementProficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM softwareThe ability to build rapport with key clientsThe ability to handle multiple client accountsStrong negotiation and leadership skillsExceptional customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding how achieving the sales targets, business and its profitabilityHigh level understanding of top management's goals (to be able to effectively communicate them to Sales Supervisors)
