- Acquire data from Primary or Secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Read raw data and create daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
- Responsible for addressing the creation/maintenance of management reports as per the business/management requirements
- Leverage technology and tools for reporting analytics and data visualization to enhance the delivery of new and existing reporting and Dashboards
- Support ad-hoc report creation/change requests to the Dashboards
- Facilitate the performance tuning of reports and timely issue resolution related to reporting support
- Identify & analyze trends based on detailed analysis & examination of data & able to provide insights to decision-makers
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Responsible for attending and setting meetings with internal stakeholders.

English Level B2-C1Proven experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Strong knowledge of database management, SQL, and data systems.Ability to troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain reporting systems effectively.Experience in coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reports as needed.Ability to work effectively within a team to enhance reporting quality and meet business objectives.
