- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tariffs, regulations, and other restrictions that may affect the company’s ability to export goods
- Coordinate with Sales & warehouse departments to get monthly sales plan with expected dispatch date & time
- Make sure to get all customers’ requirements from Sales team
- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders & shipping lines for all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.
- Follow-up day to day operation for export shipments according to customs standard procedures
- Maintain ISO requirements by updating all internal sheets daily and keep scan of all documents on company shared folder
- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all documents and ensure compliance with customers’ requirements
- Check on Nafesa System (Customs website) that freight forwarder had issued initial export certificate, and all data submitted are correct
- Manage all courier shipments (outbound & inbound)
- Make sure to close export shipments at customs by receiving form 13 from freight forwarders on time
- Prepare and submit all required documents for export support
- Follow up with export support status of our files and received refund checks, manage all refused files from export support and complete all missing requirements before re-submitting again to export support
Submit payment requests for all invoices related to export business to finance department and make sure to be paid on time.
