- Supports in refining criteria / checklist.
- Manages the transition of new agencies, coordinates with external consultant and HR on new Database creation & develops key learnings to improve.
- Checks MS selection with agencies and monitors MS every quarter, so that they don’t get repeated in same branches.
- Manages the Mystery shopper agencies: reviewing monthly plan and monitoring budget.
- Assess stores that need extra visits and / or less visits and re-works on a plan for the visits.
- Analyzes Monthly dashboards provided by agencies and providing management with summary reports & action plans.
- Communicates and coordinates with Brand, HR, maintenance and operations teams on improvements needed.
- Ensures new branches are timely included and under renovation branches are stopped.
- Conducts Quarterly reviews.
- Assess stores that need extra visits and / or less and prepares a plan for it.
- Conducts randomly weekly & monthly store visits.
- Note: the person needs to randomly visit stores weekly (he/ she needs to be in field 2-3 / week).
3-4 years' ExperienceExperience in Marketing Research and Project Management (primarily research) .Experience in Managing agencies.Knowledge and experience in Excel & PowerPoint.Discipline, planning and organization skills. Ability to travel to other governorates every 2-3 months.It is preferable that the candidate can handle Power BI.It is preferable that the candidate would have managed Mystery Shopper Programs before.
