Job Title: Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers and determine suitable business opportunities.
  • Present tailored sales pitches to customers, explaining the features and benefits of products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with existing clients and provide support in case of inquiries or issues.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly or annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical support teams to meet customer needs and ensure service delivery.
  • Analyze the market and competition to stay updated with current trends.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and statistics to management.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients in line with company policies.
  • Follow up on product or service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

 


Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.Previous experience in sales or customer service.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.Good knowledge of the products or services being sold.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Time management and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Proficiency in using sales-related software, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
