Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Customer Success Executive to join our Teacher Training Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective candidates through the course selection and registration process, building lasting relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from first contact to post-course follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote IH Cairo’s teacher training programs (CELTA, TEFL, How to teach IELTS, etc.) to prospective candidates.
* Handle incoming inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
* Conduct consultations and follow-ups with leads to guide them toward the most suitable program.
* Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding process.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track all interactions with prospects and clients.
* Follow up with trainees post-course to collect feedback and promote additional learning pathways.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Support marketing activities such as webinars, info sessions, and events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in education is a plus).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required).
* Passion for education and teacher development.
* Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools (training is provided if not)
