Blue Sky Logistics is seeking a motivated Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to coordinating daily logistics operations, managing shipments, and ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage shipment schedules and deliveries.• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure smooth operations.• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.• Resolve operational issues while maintaining compliance with regulations.• Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Freight Forwarding.• Knowledge of the Nafeza website and customs procedures.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
