- Develop and implement manufacturing plans, workflows, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure machines and equipment are operating efficiently.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with design and R&D teams to improve product manufacturability.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.Proficiency in SolidWorks, or other design software (a plus).Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
