Senior Personnel Specialist

  • Track attendance, overtime, and absenteeism across assigned project sites.
  • Prepare necessary documents for labor audits and internal HR inspections.
  • Process and approve leave requests (vacation, sick leave, unpaid leave) in compliance with company policies.
  • Process monthly payroll for assigned employees, ensuring accuracy in basic salary, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Submit monthly reports to the Social Insurance Authority and ensure compliance.
  • Manage social insurance registration, de-registration, and employee claims.
  • Verify payroll data before submission to the Personnel Section Head and Finance department.
  • Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Ensure proper contract renewals, terminations, and resignations are processed timely.

 

 

 

 


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5-7 years in personnel, payroll, and social insurance management.Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance policies.Payroll processing and HRIS systems (e.g.,Hits ,SAP, Odoo, or similar).HR documentation and compliance best practices.
