- Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales and brand growth.
- Design promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to optimize trade marketing strategies.
- Manage trade promotions and ensure effective execution at different retail channels (modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Ensure brand visibility, shelf space optimization, and in-store merchandising excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives using sales data, ROI analysis, and market feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future trade marketing activities
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and retailers to achieve cost-efficient marketing execution
- Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Coordinate with the brand marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Liaise with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability for promotional campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 7 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management (preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries).Skills & Competencies:Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
